How can I return one or more products?

Are you not completely satisfied with one or more products? It is possible to return them.

Return the item undamaged complete and in good condition within 14 days in its original packaging.

After the order has been received in good condition, the refund will be initiated. You will then be credited for the full order amount including any shipping costs.

What are the costs for the return?

Return shipping costs are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.75 per package, please consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.
